We understand things happen that may change your ability to attend an event. If you have purchased a ticket to one of our events and are no longer able to attend that event, we will happily provide you a refund of the ticket price (minus Eventbrite fees), provided that you have requested a refund prior to the expiry of the Notice Period. If a request is made for a refund after the expiry of the Notice Period, we will be unable to provide a refund for the ticket. Refunds will not be provided to those who fail to attend.
All refund requests must be made by the ticket purchaser, specifying the name of the ticket holder and/or transaction number. Refunds will be issued back to the credit card that was used to purchase the ticket only.
